Commercial steel buildings and warehouses.
Commercial steel and metal buildings for warehouses, shops and commercial space, designed, engineered, supplied and built to framed openings. Industrial and commercial buildings are our main focus.
Which steel building fits the job
We're brand neutral, so we pick the system for the building, not the other way round.
| Building | Best for | Size |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-engineered | Warehouses, shops, commercial space, buildings with an overhead crane | 2,400 to 30,000 sq ft |
| Quonset | Storage, equipment buildings, open-span workshops | 10x8 ft up to 100 ft wide |
| Structural steel | A layout a standard kit can't give you | 30x40 ft to 100x300 ft |

Commercial building questions
Are you a general contractor?
No. We supply, design, engineer and build the steel building to framed openings. Doors, interior work and finishing go to your own general contractor, or you can bring your own crew for the whole install with supply only.
Can you build a warehouse?
We supply and build the steel building for it. A warehouse is usually a pre-engineered building, which we supply from 2,400 to 30,000 sq ft.
How much does a 10,000 sq ft warehouse cost in steel?
For a pre-engineered building, about $200,000 to $300,000 to supply and $160,000 to $250,000 to build to framed openings, in CAD as of October 2026. Your quote is priced for your building and site.
How long does a commercial steel building take?
Most installs take 4 to 6 weeks, and some larger jobs run 6 to 8 months. Permits are usually the slowest part, and our architect handles them.
Can you add an overhead crane?
Yes. Plan it at the start so the frame is engineered for it. See overhead cranes.
