Industrial steel buildings, up to 100 ft wide.
Large industrial steel and metal buildings, designed, engineered, supplied and built to framed openings. Spans up to 100 ft wide on structural steel, and overhead cranes designed into the frame.
Three systems, sized for industrial work
| Building | Size | Price |

Built around what goes inside
An industrial building is sized by its equipment, its loads and how material moves through it. Tell us those first. The frame, the foundation and any crane are engineered together in one set of drawings.
- Engineered foundation kits for pre-engineered buildings
- Overhead trolley cranes, supplied and installed
- An architect on the team for permits and project management

Industrial building questions
How big can an industrial steel building be?
Our pre-engineered buildings typically run up to 30,000 sq ft, structural steel up to 100x300 ft, and Quonset buildings up to 100 ft wide at any length.
What does a 20,000 sq ft industrial building cost?
As a pre-engineered building, about $400,000 to $600,000 to supply and $320,000 to $500,000 to build, in CAD as of October 2026, before extras like a crane.
Can the building carry an overhead crane?
Yes, when it's planned from the start. The frame is engineered for the crane load in the drawings. See overhead cranes.
Do you finish the inside?
No. We build to framed openings. Doors, interior work and finishing go to your own contractor.
How long does it take?
Most installs take 4 to 6 weeks, and larger jobs can run 6 to 8 months. Permits are usually the slowest part, and our architect handles them.
